Notas del Capítulo 09 (clasificación)
1. Las mezclas de productos de las partidas 09.04 a 09.10 se clasificarán de la siguiente manera:
a) Las mezclas de dos o más productos de una misma partida se clasificarán en esa partida.
b) Las mezclas de dos o más productos de partidas diferentes se clasificarán en la partida 09.10.
La clasificación de los productos de las partidas 09.04 a 09.10 (o de las mezclas descritas en los apartados a) o b) anteriores) no se verá afectada por la adición de otras sustancias, siempre que las mezclas así obtenidas conserven las características esenciales de dichos productos. Cuando las características esenciales hayan variado, no se clasificarán en este capítulo; si constituyen condimentos compuestos, se clasificarán en la partida 21.03.
2. Este capítulo no comprende la pimienta Cubeba ni los demás productos de la partida 12.11.
