Notas del Capítulo 02 (clasificación)
Este capítulo no comprende:
1. Los productos de las partidas 02.01 a 02.08 o 02.10 no aptos para el consumo humano;
2. Los insectos muertos comestibles (partida 04.10);
3. Los intestinos, vejigas y estómagos de animales (partida 05.04) ni la sangre de animales (partidas 05.11 o 30.02); o
4. Las grasas animales distintas de las del producto de la partida 02.09 (Capítulo 15).
La expresión «carne fresca, refrigerada o congelada de pichones de menos de 28 días y sus despojos comestibles», del código nacional 0208.9010, designa la carne fresca, refrigerada o congelada y los despojos comestibles de pichones de hasta 28 días de edad criados para consumo humano.
